Whooga Website Improvements
Over the past couple of months we’ve received suggestions and feedback from a few customers on improving the content available on our websites. Over the past
week we’ve updated and revised a number of pages on our site to provide further information on Whooga. We’ve always maintained complete transparency when
responding to our customer enquiries but concede our website will benefit from greater clarification and improvement to provide the same level of transparency.

Our brand has undergone dramatic growth over the past few years and we need to continue to meet the challenges this brings us. We regularly monitor feedback and
comments on other websites as well as those received directly by our support staff. In addition to this we gather feedback from all Whooga customers after their
boots have been delivered. We’ll continue to prioritise the most important issues and act on your feedback.
Aside from the website update we’re pleased to see a dramatic improvement in our dispatch times over previous seasons. We’re now consistently shipping orders within
48hrs of dispatch (and quite often quicker than 12hrs). Unfortunately customs appears to be taking longer to inspect boots this year and so some customers are
being forced to wait 12-18days for boots to arrive. Once again if you’re looking to receive boots for Christmas it will pay to order as early as possible.
Providing boots have not been worn we’ll honour our returns and refunds policy.

Freebies and Colors
We’ve given away quite a few pairs of ugg boots in our competition this month, thanks to everyone that entered. I’d like to remind everyone that entered you will remain entered for the next draw so long as you are still proudly displaying the Whooga badge. We intend to ramp up the giveaways as we move into the colder months. In the coming weeks we’ll be offering a broader range of fresh colors to measure everyone’s interest and providing the demand is there we’ll aim to offer an expanded range well before Winter starts.
Indulging your feet all year round
Next year will be a big one for us with the launching of Whooga Shoes and the continued growth of our sheepskin boots. Thank you to everyone for their feedback and comments regarding the announcement of shoe launch. Finally your feet will have a comfortable choice for summer as well winter!
Air conditioning and bed sores
We’re pleased to see many customers enjoying ugg boots during the warmer months this year. So many people put their boots in the back of the wardrobe until late autumn never realizing one of the coolest things about sheepskin, it’s thermostatic! So if you’re reading this and think it’s too warm to try your boots on, take them out of the cupboard and give them a chance. Moving on it’s interesting to note researched released showing the benefits of sheepskins to improve circulation. A number of hospitals down under are using sheepskin bed sheets. Those using the bed sheets are virtually immune to bed sores, a major problem for many patients.
Another must read
It would be great if we could exceed every customers expectations, but in this industry is near impossible simply because of the amount of garbage information on sheepskin boots. It's always best to do as much reasearch as you can before the sale (and not after!) so I highly recommend taking a reading our boot myths.
Hope you enjoyed your holidays
Wow it's been such a big year for all of us, and its gone so quick (seem to go quicker and quicker). We've introduced quite a few new styles this year, grown into one of the largest boot manufacturers and more than trippled our number of employed staff. We experienced a tonne of delays and discovered a few issues with our supply chain which we've since rectified. We discovered these issues too late and many customers had to wait waaay too long to get their ugg boots. We're really looking forward to next year, we'll introduce new style ugg boots and really smooth out our supply ability (we're currently shipping boots in normal time frames).
