We ship all boots for a flat £9.00 (GBP) per item - which is $14.00 (USD) per item. This is the same for both Domestic and International orders.

Delivery

We charge one flat shipping fee per item for our insured worldwide trackable delivery service. We will post your uggs with EMS International registered air service direct from our factory. After placing your order you can expect to receive your Whooga Ugg Boots within 6-14 business days.

All boots are completely insured door-to-door so if for any reason your boots do not reach you in top condition we will either ship you a replacement pair or provide a full refund. You can also track the day to day progress of your boots with our integrated tracking system.

In the extremely unlikely event that there are any additional customs or shipping charges we will pay 100% of all costs. You will never pay more than our advertised prices.

We are committed to providing the best quality boots to our customers. If you receive damaged boots we will gladly provide a refund or replacement at no cost to you, upon receiving proof of damage.

Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted if they are requested within 2 weeks of receiving the boots.

You can upload a photo of the damage via our returns form, if you do not have access to a camera we can provide a refund at the point where we receive the boots at our headquarters.

Wrong Size

Please ensure you have worn your ugg boots for a period of at least 24 hrs prior to considering a size exchange, the sheepskin will stretch to fit the contours of your feet. If your ugg boots are still not the correct fit, we are happy to exchange free of charge for the correct size. Please fill out a returns form and request the size and style you believe will fit.
